1Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All orders are processed same day (Monday-Saturday) Only orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday In major cities Like Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore Deliveries are made next day (Monday- Saturday) maximum estimated time for delivery is 3-5 working days if the order is placed before 1 PM ( Monday-Friday)

Note: 98% of deliveries are done successfully on time.

2How long will delivery take?
We offer shipping all over Pakistan, usually it takes 3-5 business days. Orders are packed only on regular business days (Monday-Saturday) Please note that no orders are dispatched on Sunday or on gazette holidays.
3Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes once you place order invoice is shared through given email address.
4What exactly happens after ordering?

After order placement customer will receive an order confirmation email with purchasing invoice.

Same day or next working day PHCPVT sale representative will call for order and delivery address confirmation.

After phone confirmation your order will processed to delivery department.

5What is wishlist?
Wish-list is an option where you can save your favorite products for later orders. So that you don’t have to search or scroll down pages to find the product!

1What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

  1. A Product is exchangeable within 3 working days from available online stock.
  2. Items purchased during sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange.
  3. The exchange is not possible without the original receipt.
  4. Carefully repack the merchandise making sure all tags are intact, the product is unused, and the receipt is included.

  6.  Repacking Process is as follows:
    1. Put the product in its original box and wrap in a polyethene bag, properly.
    2. Paste the address slip on the wrapped product and send it to

2Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you want to cancel the order. You can either through contact on +92 333 2311531 mentioning your order number and reason for cancellation or when you receive a confirmation call for order, you can let the representative know the reason for cancellation and your order will be cancelled.
